Returns and Exchanges are at the customer’s expense.

This means the customer will be responsible for sending the item back to us and for the courier fees of sending the new item back to them.

There are two options to send an item back to us.
Postnet which is R100, we only collect Postnet once a week.
Paxi which is R60, this takes 9-14 working days to arrive, we collect Paxi once a week.

Once we have the item, the return fees will be communicated to the customer.
